Booking Policy & FAQs
The BBB team love what we do, and we try our hardest to give the best experience to each and every guest who visits our salon.
✨ We have dedicated time for each guest to ensure they receive the best service and treatment possible. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we still have to cover the costs of that reserved time for you. In order to do this, we have a cancellation policy in place.
Please take the time to read the below Booking Policy and FAQ's.
Appointments:
- The easiest and fastest way to book is through our Website or the Book Now Button on our Instagram Profile.
- You can make an appointment online 24/7.
- You can pick your therapist or “next available” as your options.
- We respectfully ask you to come to your appointment alone.
- We are a child-free salon and don’t have the room to accommodate more than our booked clients.
Deposits:
- You need to pay a deposit when booking your appointment online, over the phone or in the salon.
- We will take the deposit off your total bill in the salon.
- Deposit amounts will differ for first-time clients, regular clients and people who haven’t attended a confirmed appointment in the past.
- Changing/moving an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment means the deposit will still be there. When cancelling the appointment, the deposit will go back into your account; the time frame will depend on your bank, but it usually happens within 24 hours.
Deposit when I have a Gift Voucher:
- You can still make your appointment online and pay the deposit, which we will refund you at the end of your appointment when you present your voucher.
- Alternatively, you can call us to book on 42850026 with your voucher number handy; we will need it to book.
Confirming your appointment:
- You will receive a confirmation text or email 2-days before your appointment. You have a “confirmation” link to press OR if you can’t make your appointment, you must call 42850026 to cancel that appointment.
- NOTE:- DO NOT reply to these confirmation texts. The texts are sent from our booking system, and replies do not come to us; they go to technology cyberspace, so please either hit the confirmation link or call us directly.
No Shows:
Will be charged as per our booking policy. The easiest way to avoid this is to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time if you know you can’t make it.
Running late:
We understand that things happen and will do our absolute best to accommodate you. However, we do run into a very tight schedule, and your treatment may need to be cut down so as not to make us run late for our following guests.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers:
- This can be done online with 24/7 convenience. You can have the voucher sent to you or directly to the recipient. Vouchers can also be purchased in the salon.
- Hot Tip: Take a photo of your voucher number just in case you misplace or lose your voucher; that number is all we require.

The easiest way to contact us is by calling us directly on 42850026. If the phone goes to the answering machine (and it probably will), please leave your name and number clearly, and we will call you back ASAP.
